How to order

Please note that personal appointments are preferred to ensure correct size, shape, style, colours and trim are selected to meet clients’ needs.

Head sizing

To find the size of your head it is easiest to use a measuring tape. Run the measuring tape around your head placed one inch above your eyebrows. Make sure the tape is sitting comfortably around your head; i.e. not too loose or too tight.

Time of production

Depending on the design you have ordered it may take between 2 to 4 weeks for your hat to be made and shipped to you. If you would like a hat or headpiece made for Melbourne's Spring Racing Carnival, please contact Annie before the beginning of October.

An invoice will be generated and sent to you after you have made your transaction. Payments can be made via Credit care Cash/cheque or by direct debit. A receipt will be sent along with your product.
